With that, all J G Humphreys work is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for twelve months from the end of the project unless otherwise noted. Many projects are indeed guaranteed for a full 36 months because I know I can stand behind what we do. Should any defect or deficiency be observed, simply call Dan to set up an appointment to review the work and I will get it corrected. If a project concludes without an unsolicited offer from the customer to refer business JG Humphreys' way, then I have failed. Referrals are an important source of new, reliable business. A steady stream of referrals allows me to further maintain my commitment to low pricing by keeping my advertising budget for new customers as low as possible.
