Restored old attic bathroom that had been in disrepair for a number of years and brought it back to new with:

1. Installed a restored clawfoot tub. Re-used original tub and sink from when house was built

2. Custom chrome shower hardware and shower ring to match sink hardware.

3. Added two walk in closet and additional storage behind walls in bedroom and added linen closet for bathroom, reusing hardware and trim original to the house wherever possible.

4. Repaired plaster walls throughout third floor and blended new finishes to existing for seamless transition between old and new.

5. Installed white mosaic ceramic floor tile with traditional wainscot and chair rail.

6. Installed recessed tiled alcove next to shower. Matching marble accent for alcove and thresholds.
